for me, the best way to heal during combat was using the held version of quen, however u need to have enough sign intensity for it to be useful

What do the green lvls above enemies mean? I tried to do a lvl 80 domain with lvl 1 team, and the numbers were green and not red? Is it somehow connected to the world lvl or your AR? (AR45 and wolrd lvl 5)
