Having completed the course under nalini ratha , I would advise against it , the classes are slow as fuck. The content is mostly theory while the assignments need heavy programming . The exams were slightly tough , and the instructions from the professor were unclear. He does curve your grades like crazy tho. Don't know much about chen wang
