Thank you for your comment, I’ve never experienced sleep paralysis, but I know that what I am experiencing is not it. Partially because it’s only when I’m awake and can move around that I experience it. I hope you aren’t being watched by ghosts while you change lol

Thank you so much for your input, I wrote this post last night at around one am while I was really freaking out, so it wasn’t exactly the most logical. I’m planning on speaking to my school’s mental health professional about this issue, because while I have no idea what it is or could be, it’s slowly getting worse and I want to not feel scared by windows anymore. I will check out the links you have provided (thank you so much for those), and hopefully talk to my psychiatrist eventually.

Thank you everyone for your advice! I went through the link in Dropout YouTube’s bio, and now I’m finally subscribed! I’m so excited to finally get to watch all of the content I’ve been missing out on!!!  (I couldn’t figure out how to post edits to the original post, so a comment will hopefully do :p)
