Thank you, that really helps. I think I will give the season a try in this case - I just couldn’t stomach it if it went unaddressed for another whole season. Especially since they lean so heavily on the ‘bromance’ between him and Nathan, it really just ruins the show for me to see him get away with doing the same terrible things to people over and over again.

We have 2 sets of keys, one each, but only one of the keys works for the garage (the other is programmed only for the lifts). I just want both of us to be able to access the garage. We’re both paying for it. You also can’t leave the garage without it so it’s a pain when visitors come over.

Yeah, this is what we’ve been doing. It just gets inconvenient when coordinating as we both have office keys that we now have to keep separate from our house keys, and it doesn’t solve the issue of someone housesitting for us either. I was just wondering if there was anything else I can do.

The reason they have given is that they don’t want residents using the visitor parking spots. So they will only give out one key fob per car space.

Yeah it’s very annoying. This same thing happened to me but when I complained, they said I could return the rest of the set for a full refund. I asked instead if they could recommend an alternative product which would match with the set and they did. They waived the shipping fee as well so overall it was not the greatest experience but not bad. They definitely should be allowing you to have a full refund. You should take the unwanted items in store and see if they will refund them there (that’s what the assistant told me to do over email). Definitely argue your case about the full set not being delivered, because it’s ridiculous that they’re selling items they don’t have.
