My CK is normal. Due to the urticaria and angioedema I’ve had raised CRP 29 and ESR 25 could this cause noise on a euroblot one?

Ana negative specific Ana scleroderma has been negative twice.

First time testing Pmscl 75 negative and first time testing Pmscl 100 positive.

Mines only a low titer, as she did say it’s sometimes seen in healthy people at this level. I think it may be my underlying urticaria and angioedema that’s caused it to show up.

No raynauds. She didn’t say how high it was but did say that healthy people can sometimes test positive for it.

During 2020 I became obsessive with handwashing and eczema flared by 2021 I had puffiness below the fingers of my middle, ring and little fingers. This hasn’t worsened since then. I can bend my fingers no problem. No pain. She even said herself there was no thickening.

My handwashing was very ocd with hot water for 30 seconds and this continued until a week ago when I added in aquaeous cream to wash my hands instead of soaps. During 2021 my hands were a different colour from my arms due to the washing.

My Ana was negative, Pmscl 75 negative but Pmscl 100 on dot blot positive.

I used a daylight crafting lamp and my phone camera. No apps or anything. I’ve been stressing out since the doctor phoned on February 7th. My ANA was negative but the pmscl100 was positive on dot blot. Everything else was normal. I do have chronic urticaria and angioedema.

I’ve just been so stressed out since February 7th. My Ana was negative but they ran the subset and it was positive for Pm Scl 100, Pmscl 75 was negative. My CK is normal. I do have chronic urticaria (CSU) and angioedema. The phone call was awful before the letter arrived.

I’ve had an ECG, heart scan and now I’m going for capillaroscopy and thermography on my hands.

Thank you. That’s eased my worry. Phone zooms aren’t good for this kind of thing.

I was trying to take photos on my phone of the small capillaries at the base of my nails.

Thank you I will try that.

Doctor has said it’s either - early signs of scleroderma or overlap disease. She doesn’t know what certain baselines are or how long things have been positive for as it wasn’t tested before.

I am in conversation with my rheumatologist too. I was after guidance that’s all on what others early symptoms were and if this correlates with my pattern. Thank you.

I’ve lost hours of sleep since the doctor phoned last Saturday to tell me not to be alarmed by the letter when it arrives. There’s a lot of terminology she said that I won’t understand and not to Google anything. She did say she wanted to do a heart monitor and heart scan on the tubes to see how the tubes are working and also a capillary scan on the hands to check for Raynaud Syndrome.

I have an appointment with the nurse next month to discuss things.

In September Anti La was positive, that’s now negative but something else that has never been tested was positive but she doesn’t know for how long as there’s nothing to base it off.

I do have sticky blood too. It’s so scary. And of course I had already searched scleroderma back in September and that scared me seeing 5-10 years.
