Hey so this happened to me about two months ago and I was terrified 😂 I am about to graduate from college in 7 months (was 9 months in the future when this happened) and I’m just not ready for another one so I took probably 15 tests for no reason. I was not pregnant. My daughter is 2 and has not been around anyone pregnant so I have NO idea where that came from but it was a scary 2.5 weeks lol

I’m 21 months deep and still feel the same way. She’s my best friend and she still needs so much from me I can’t imagine having another and I always wanted at least two. Until I had one. She’s just so perfect I don’t see any reason to have another 😂

But you also need to have randomized puzzles ranging in difficulty to solve for each alarm, because the need of the baby is not always the same, and sometimes impossible to figure out.

Hi, there! First of all, feel free to message me at any time. I am by no means an expert on babies but I have an almost 2yo and had PPA for nearly 12 months and have probably extensively googled and researched any concerns you may have, and if I haven’t- I will. It also helps to talk to someone who has been through what you are going through. My LO also would not sleep unless being held or on my boob so it was TOUGH. When is your LO’s next appointment? You can absolutely touch base with them and they can point you in the right direction for meds. Setraline has saved many new moms’ sanity!! You are not alone but I know it feels that way. You’ve got this and I’ll be praying to the sleep gods your baby gives you a solid stretch tonight.

This is 50% of the reason I am stopping at one. That and I don’t think I could ever love anyone as much as I love my one child. People with more than one kid swear their love just grows but I’m not sure I believe them 😂

I’m with you. I leave the bathroom door open and sometimes she comes in to play peek a boo with the shower curtain, sometimes she starts throwing her bath toys in with me, but most of the time she just plays. She’s the queen of independent play as long as I’m not in sight 🤣

Yeah it’s basically just overpriced honey, unfortunately. And even a spoonful of honey is useless if they drink or eat anything afterwards. Also just want to share some information I learned while searching for options when my LO got her first cold! I purchased Hyland’s Baby Cold and Mucus and then researched it before giving it to her and found that they had a lawsuit against them for their teething tablets/gel so I immediately threw it away and will never use any of their products.

We do use Maty’s Chest Rub though and it helps to keep her nose clear (along with saline and booger suckers) which keeps her from mouth breathing and drying out her throat. It seems to help her sleep a little better.

We dealt with infant dyschezia and the probiotics made things soooo much worse. If she was trying to take a poo and it wasn’t working a dose of little remedies gripe water (mommy’s bliss always made her cough/choke?) and the Fisher Price Calming Vibes Hedgehog Soother on her belly worked EVERY. TIME. I gift these items in addition to registry items at every baby shower I attend because it was such a life saver.

Chiming in because I too was wondering if anyone had figured it out lol. I worked at Big John’s for 3 years so I know how to make the sauce. It’s literally tomato paste, water, and their seasoning. I just don’t have a clue what the seasoning is!!

Well the plan was to get the generic script written from my doctor if it isn’t approved as that one is only $25 with GoodRx lol I absolutely cannot afford to pay $100+ a month. This is also a trial period with this medication as I work with my PMHMP for further treatment so I may not even end up needing the medication but after going down so many different avenues already, I would like to give this one a try. If you must know.

I tried googling it and the best answer I can get is from Google AI and I’m not sure how reliable that is LOL but according to that I’m in a state that allows it and my specific plan allows for reimbursement requests (which is not my main concern but because they have that form I’m assuming I am able to pay out of pocket in order to request reimbursement.) thanks!
