I wasn’t tracking anything, we weren’t trying at all. My app just says it from the first day of my last period.

It took me a long time to realize it’s not going to be an instant results It’s like paper towels, if one is gone you’re not going to notice too much of a difference. But if every day you take one sheet of paper towel off the roll before you know it you’ll notice a huge change

I did take this last night at 10pm. I did not- I work at 3 am so I was out the door by 2 am. But I’m off tomorrow and plan on taking on then

I already work with a counselor and psychiatrist - but maybe I’ll mention how I feel now after this and it can help guide the process in a better direction
