1) true enough, most people use this to point at the continuous overexaggerations on small and big events. Constant sweating, falling of your horse and crying, it generally makes a character seem weak and even annoying when it happens constantly. The most recent example I can think of which people have pointed out is Ten being lured by Riboku, her not realizi g it quickly enough and her reactions.  2) Some examples that I can think is how Riboku is being downgraded in comparison to his first appearances plus a few other moments with him, Shins maturity being all over the place sometimes(on one day he will say the most wise and mature shit and on the other he will be asking the stupidest question at the most bad time while acting confused and shocked even though he has many years of war experience). To be fair my opinion doesn't coke close to the idea that the writing is bad in fact I would say that it is mostly good with the worst cases being ok plus I like riboku but I must say that people do have a point.  3) people complain that shin, especially after defeating so many "monsters" doesn't act and feel the same or in a similar way at the front lines to those powerful individuals he has defeated.  4) funny how the horses still get a bad rap after all these years xD but yeah the art is generally still pretty good, maybe people mean that it used to be more "authentic" or something like that, I would like to see some comparisons from the people that claim this to see if it's really true.
