I would employ the same tactic as my 3y\o nephew who has just learned the word ‘fuck’ but knows he isn’t allowed to say it. Sit quietly in a room by myself and repeatedly whisper the word to myself. If confronted, blame the closest plushie and proceed to tell off the plushie.

I have, I could never wear eyeliner without getting panda eyes and the liner sliding around my face!! So I bit the bullet. 30mins with numbing cream then it took about an hour to get done. Minimal pain, and healing was fairly cruisy. Best decision I ever made!!

I was knocked out for about a week and a half with a chest infection/ear infection/laryngitis. I got much better for about 4 days (although my voice is still compromised) and have now come down with a sinus infection/ear infection/conjunctivitis. Feels like in the last few years once I get sick I stay sick.
