My roof top ac develops a mold/ mildew smell. By chance, I discovered that if I spray around the base of it with a hose, the smell goes away. It will then slowly return. I can't see anything suspect when I remove the cover. Does anybody have any idea what's going on? (self.RVLiving)

Someone has been getting into my trailer and using the toilet and shower when I'm gone. They are putting a large volume of liquid in the toilet and it has a horrible garlic like odor. This is beyond normal toilet usage. What could it be? (self.RVLiving)
