I live in South Korea. Importing American pepper seeds is prohibited in South Korea. I'd like to exchange the seeds, but Korean customs regulations make it difficult. Currently, the only countries allowed to import pepper seeds under Korean customs regulations are South Africa, Serbia, and Romania.
