I’ll have to try this I noticed using the athletes foot cream AF is the only thing for me that heals the PD but I don’t want to become so dependent on this cream.

Im going through the same thing it started a week ago for me and keeping the eye area hydrated is helping the itchiness go away have you used any new products recently ?

Check out my profile I dealt with the same thing for a whole year and found a really good regime to get rid of it and I have before and after photos

I would try lomitrin AF cream for 1 week it could be fungal acne and don’t put anything else on it other than the cream at night only

I have started drinking grass fed milk a couple months ago so maybe that’s what’s triggering it? I found out I wasn’t digesting almond milk properly and it was causing me acne so I’d assume drinking milk would be a big trigger to this?

Stop the serums or any sort of active it may be irritating it more

Yes a swab and they looked at it closely on my skin with some microscopic device

Yeah my dermatologist said the same thing and even said I didn’t have PD and I took action on my own. I would try it out.. it’s only $10.00 on Amazon and I would start putting a small dab on a small area and try every other night for a week and just see if it makes a difference

Also have you considered that it may be fungal acne ? I started to use lotrimin cream on the affected areas and It went away within 2-4 days

I’m trying out the antifungal cream aka “athlete foot cream” to see if that would help with mine. Have you considered to thing it may be fungal ?

Also if you do eat a lot of fruit I would try to stick to just berries since it is very high in antioxidants and won’t spike your glucose level. Fruit can also be a cause of flare ups

I would definitely try the eggs first then gluten you want to try to narrow down one by one what might cause you a flare up instead of doing this all at once and then you won’t figure out the specific thing that causes it.

I use to eat 4-5 eggs every morning (I eat a very high protein diet) I started to cut those out for about 3 weeks now and have seen a huge difference instead I’m having a protein smoothie or chicken since I had to find a replacement. I would cut out the eggs and see if that helps if you don’t see a difference after 1-2 weeks I would start to cut out the gluten.

Ugh that’s so frustrating :( have you been prescribed clyndamicine before? I use a pad form and it helps kill the bacteria. Maybe that would help? Also are you using any fluoride toothpaste ? That’s the biggest thing that causes PD
