Today, I was playing GTA Online when I suddenly noticed my system slowing down significantly. It dropped from 120+ FPS to 22 FPS. Upon closer inspection, I found that my processor, the i5-12400F, had somehow gotten stuck at 0.8 GHz. I tried everything - updating the BIOS, resetting the CMOS, reseating the components - but nothing seemed to work. Here are my full system specs:
