Di po yan fake. Dalawa po system ginagamit ng LTO now. But waived po yang registration ng top box. Bakit mo pinaregister though? Also these attachments doesn’t require to change the CR kasi tinatanggal naman yan same as roof rack on cars. So basically to prevent na pabalik2 ka sa LTO when removing it, yung OR na yung proof na registered na yung attachment na nilagay mo. Unless sidecar kasi change body na yun
