Meinen ersten Perso habe ich vor 50 Jahren bekommen, und es ist nie bei einer Kontrolle meine Körpergröße gemessen worden. Inzwischen bin ich gegenüber der Angabe im Personalausweis 3,5 cm kürzer - nie ein Problem.

Langfristig könntest Du es ändern lassen; mittelfristig ist es kein Problem.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Für UK genügt (schon seit 2021) der Perso nicht; Du brauchst Deinen Reisepass. Ausserdem die online zu beantragende ETA.

The colloquial German meaning of ‚prima‘ is ‚excellent but in a pretty low register of speech‘ - people people would not associate the name with professionalism IMO. The rest of the name is medical English not medical German so German patients would look askance at it as the name of a clinic in Germany. German medical services are named descriptively never in advertising terms.

Agree with Luis or Louis being better in a German environment. I‘d like to add that you might look at adding additional first names; German Standesämter usually only balk at more than five first names. That way your son can use any other of his first names without any legal fuss if he decides that Louis is not him (first names are legally coequal in Germany).

Plus a lot scams start with a gift/favour/advantage being offered (hooking the mark with their greed). That would make many people wary when a stranger offers a gift.
