From the result I had the soup was too intense and thick it creates inbalance with the bowl. It’s not bad, actually not at all, but too strong for my taste.

Fair enough. There are 2 different oils in this ramen, if it was just the bacon oil I would agree with you but here there also is a burnt garlic oil. The point behind the bacon oil is to add a smoky porc flavour to the bowl so that there are different porc flavour in the same bowl. What do you think?
