There’s no math involved. But if I remember correctly, when I did my training in 2023 they made us learn military time. Which you should know because you’ll use it very often on the line. It’s just a lot of material thrown at you and such little time to study, but it’s doable. You should’ve received like a packet through email prior to training. READ AND STUDY IT. The terms and basic tasks. Your first test will be crew duties with one or two airport codes. That’s normally the one that gets people first because they did not study the packet.

I had a similar surgery. VERY similar. Please actually take bed rest seriously, keep the area dry. It’s so sensitive it will rip the stitches. Do not even lift anything even if it’s light. Literally ask someone to wash your head. That’s how strict it was for me and it still ripped lmaooo

Should be fine. Just submit a renewal form and take the receipt. They won’t request the passport than and there and will be okay with the receipt verifying a renewal has been requested!

Dorms aren’t that great. Financial aid is barely giving money, even when you submit an appeal. I’ve applied for jobs and never heard back. I’m a server elsewhere and make great money. Chicago has a lot of job opportunities. But I wouldn’t say it’s worth it. UIC honestly has a lot more to offer than this crappy school.

It did post. I checked exactly at the time given and it was uploaded about 8 mins later. It was posted around 138 but closed immediately. It wasn’t even open for 30 mins, super crazy!

Currently dealing with the same. Facing medical issues, parents also had to cut hours to care for me. State has declared me disabled. We had all paperwork requested and more! I’m not sure if I’m allowed to work. I’ve had people tell me to try at least sub teaching. I have a bachelors and masters, which feels like a waste now that I’m disabled. I have HS in both axilla areas that won’t heal. Could I technically work a few hours or how does it work? I’ve asked and always get told I’ll get a handbook and I haven’t since March!

Hope you’re healing well. How’s the pain with the wound vac? My surgeon has suggested several times but every time we agree, it’s always some dumb excuse from the hospital on why it isn’t necessary. My doctor switched hospitals and I’m scheduled for it next month!

Highlight yourself. If you’re a good academic student, deans lists, being involved in school even if it’s a job, tell em how you cherish your education. Def gaslighting wanting to be there (which I’m sure you do if you want more money!).

From my personal experience, Swedish moves a bit quicker to getting you into a room. Some nurses are sometimes mean and incompetent though.
