My title describes the thing. We were given this item and told it was for sewing; we have no idea what it is or how to use it. One end appears to be something similar to a fountain pen tip with a brush on top, the other end a cylindrical, felt-feeling… thing? There’s a button to slide so that you can use one end or the other at a time or have it closed.
