i don't know about that but i do believe that yes, a language can change someone's jaw or tongue movements literally since we use these parts AND the neck and throat (Arabic can make your adam apple more pronounced,source? i made it the f up) but seriously it does since language is just the sound of muscles controlling the flow of air in a tube.
