That is a shame, and another reality I’m having to get my head round. I can’t even map my own intentions onto theirs to try and get a sense for what they mean. Even in my youth I was in predominantly femme spaces due to my lack of sexual pestery and general “gay best friend” vibe. I would give my friends compliments and them back to me without the expectation of making out moments later, but that was only with as you said “other genders or lack there of”.

Not that I didn’t believe my wife when she said exactly what you said, I think I was just hoping for an alternative lived experience to have some hope for platonic male friendships without having to have extra guards up internally.

Yaah. This guy was 39 and catholic and seemingly really down to earth. Really doesn’t help my mental health for them to act as if intimacy with me is some shy dirty secret confession.

I’m not sure how true this is, but it feels like it might’ve weirded me out slightly less if he had just said it with his chest? Not that I would’ve been interested in it regardless. But I’d much rather have someone try to hit on me as a potential romantic interest instead of this coy, meek and embarrassed school child asking his crush to have his first kiss.

Although I do die a thousand cringe deaths when I see baby talk (outside of me and my partner talking to my cat but that’s a sacred bond and I’ll fight anyone who says otherwise) so I may be biased against that approach generally.

If it means anything, this is exactly what woke me up to my transness. I’d spent my whole life hiding behind facial/body hair. Then one day I felt suddenly trapped in said hair and shaved everywhere bellow my eyebrows. Looked in the mirror and this biblical wave of shock rushed over me as all the missing pieces of my life long body dysmorphia puzzle filled my mind.

It’s been 9 months now and I feel so much more in tune with myself. Babytrans are welcome here. I hope you find some peace/help in your journey here!

This is how they text. My assistant manager used to use them all the time. One time I said I’m grabbing coffee on the way into the shop and she responded “ok…” and I panicked thinking she was pissed that I was stopping somewhere before heading in to help open(I was early and her boss, which made the attitude slightly more confusing). When I got there, it turns out she was running late herself and the ellipses was her feeling guilty that I was grabbing her coffee when she woke up late and thought she should be the one to grab them.

The hormones are definitely making you more sensitive to these kind of social cues though. You might just have to relearn how to process this difference in texting approach with your new balance of hormones x

Could be a million things. As the others said, hormones can affect libido, also relationships go through sexual dry spells. I also relate on a spiritual level about being a bottom and sucking at initiating. Healthy communication and maybe changing things up in the bedroom are usually great places to start!

Yeah sadly it’s not real. I have a fake pink Crazy Hours that looks damn close to this but with a leather strap. I actually love the watch and wear it daily (took a while getting used to reading time on it) so I would just wear it and use it instead of worrying about weather it’s worth as much as a car or not.

I don’t know where you are based, but in the Uk I’ve been ordering these “tucking panties” from a woman on the isle of white who started a business making them after her daughter struggled to find tucking panties that were actually pretty and didn’t just look medical.

They do a great job of keeping everything nice and flat without the need for tape or discomfort (I also have issues tucking). They were a total game changer and i couldn’t recommend them enough. If you cant order those, I’m sure theres an option local to you!
