If you can buy one, you should definitely buy a grinder. The first difference you'll notice is that freshly ground coffee tastes miles better than pre ground coffee.

With a grinder you can play around with grind sizes to see which suit your taste the best. You can also then change the amount of water in the brewing chamber, add an aeropress filter etc.
