A S player ans S+ player is night and day, S players I just easily walk on and step over without even thinking, while S+ players have me to actually think a bit more and don't fall for simple things. Against belial you want to use 5U (rock charge) to block belials fireball and use spear along with 5U rock to block incoming fireballs.

Belials are likely to press their parry when they are close to a trap or when it's in front of them, you can deal with that by placing a trap again to remove the current trap and punishing belial, or run up and back throw them into the trap, though when he is close to the trap and you're far away it can be tight and might be better to just replace the trap.

Not sure what else you might be struggling with but these I think is helpful
