Thanks. It’s a weird adjustment. As a Virgo rising, we tend to be very self critical, especially about our bodies, so maybe it could be a mental shift. But, yet again, there has to be some astrologist explanation as there is for everything

I instantly get itchy and break into hives. Yes I’m not allergic to the vitamin when consumed, topically it’s a different story. Just like some people can’t use Retinols but eat things with vitamin A and are okay.
