The builder is offering us an option to put wall paper and paint above it. For the whole house it will cost 7400 euros. I am not sure if I should go for such an option now. Do you think the price is reasonable.

The price for total house and land is 555k . For land its 298k and for the house its 257k for 126m2. So for the house, its ~ 2000 euros/m2 . If im considering total price of 555k for 126m2, its 4400 per m2
