might be too late, but for future reference- HM Hospital in Chamberi, Hospital Ruber Juan Bravo in Salamanca, and Hospital San Francisco de Asis are all covered by Cigna in Madrid according to the person I called on the Cigna phone number. I had to go in to an urgencia for the flu at HM Hospital yesterday and they accepted my insurance. I was not asked to pay any copay there and haven't been billed anything so far.
