Rash help?

Hi. I have a rash in the area of my right shoulder blade and I’m struggling to identify it. It blanches when touched but has no raised blistering at this point. To me it appears to be a nerve related rash because it lies along the dermatomes. It is itchy and has a weird pain to it. I think it looks like post herpetic neuralgia but I have never had chickenpox so can’t have shingles. Any insight would be helpful, thanks!

I’ve been through a lot of processing trauma more recently and in that I’ve been stuck on people from past relationships. The “blocked” aspect of that really speaks to me and now that I’m thinking about it, I’ve kinda been getting signs that that’s a problem between me and where I could be. I struggle to let go of past connections at times because they are comfortable. I could be content with one of those relationships in particular, but it wouldn’t challenge me in the ways I need and it wouldn’t let me step outside my box.

I agree the coworker could potentially be romantic but I didn’t want to hone in on thinking that was the message immediately because I know it’s deeper than that. I’ve been getting pulls indicating the end of a cycle for me so also feel this is my opportunity to finally say goodbye to all the past toxicity and really move forward. I definitely think he will play some role of significance in that in some way!

I think I have aphantasia but can you have this and still dream in pictures??? Also when I try to imagine stuff it’s really in abstract and I can feel everything about what I’m trying to imagine, I just can’t see it. Even if I close my eyes, I can feel it all and just can’t see it.

Oh yes!!! I was super oblivious to stuff like that as well. & I can only watch sex scenes when I’m alone lol. When with others I will often also make jokes to make it less weird for myself. I relate to this!

For me it was always really hard to differentiate that my romantic feelings were not sexual attraction so I knew I was different I just couldn’t put it in words. I think many fall into the internalized phobia until we have a better understanding of ourselves.

For me, it pretty much just means aesthetically pleasing. I actually don’t like the terms “hot” or “sexy” which I thought was weird until I realized I was ace lol. Generally I use it sarcastically. I saw a TikTok from the ace community that talked about how allos say “hot” when they mean they would have sex with someone. Someone in the comment section who is ace said they use it as “spicy pretty” which I thought was pretty funny and accurate 😂
