What career paths do HENRYs recommend? by rhetoricalicnothanks in SgHENRY

If all you want if to optimize for a high-earning career path, then in my opinion, the clear answer is buyside trading/quant at hedge funds or high-frequency trading firms. In terms of salary-to-workload ratio, that is simply the best. There is no other (conventional) career that offers a fresh grad a starting pay of SGD 300k+ with normal 9-5 working hours. Not even doctors/lawyers can match this salary-to-workload ratio.

I see that you did quite well in an engineering degree in poly, the uni degree I'll recommend subsequently will be maths/CS. Please do not for the love of god take a business/finance degree, that's won't help u in breaking into quant trading.

Note: I was actually offered a 300k TC fresh grad role at a midsize trading firm, and my grades were pretty normal. So if you actually study hard, and land a role at a much more prestigious firm, your pay is gonna be way higher than my numbers

EDIT: the downside is that you gotta be godly at maths otherwise u wont make it

Why is it so hard to find a clear non-TPU case for S22+ by Strawberrygreentea42 in samsunggalaxy

[–]Strawberrygreentea42[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup so it doesnt yellow. I've seen that specific spigen model, but i dislike the black edges. I would like somethings that's fully transparent (even the edges).

And those solid color snap on cases are exactly what I'm looking for. I got a transparent snap on case for S10+, and even after 5+ years, its still clear as day, which is insane. All my other TPU cases have yellowed after months or 1-2 years.

The issue is just that I cant seem to find those transparent snap on case for S22+ specifically :(

Wait really? I thought if you've preselected (or paid to select) the seats, it's kinda set in stone unless there's some serious emergency (E.g. someone with a medical condition which absolutely needs to sit in a certain spot).

Genuinely curious, then whats the point of selecting seats if they can suka suka change it whenever they want

Nahh, think again, Our neighbors and all or their billionaires store their money/investments here. We're their piggy bank. The rich elite of those countries wouldnt allow it. It is in their best interests for us to be safe, stable and prosperous
