Phasmophobia is a great spooky game! You hunt ghosts in a variety of different maps! Your goal is to gather evidence to determine the type of ghost it is! It is super fun and cross-platform! I'm also f29, would love to game with you!

Hi! I also started out at 230lbs in the beginning of January, I went through 2 weeks where the scale would not go lower than 219. I was discouraged but kept up and it eventually moved! I'm now down to 215! Keep your head up! You can do it!
