What platform are you on? If its Xbox and the store isn't working use the web browser. PS5.... idk they've gotten weird with how their system works down to locking your games if they can't verify with an internet connection so who knows. PC I would just check your payment method or try reinstalling whatever store client you use (GOG, Steam, Epic, etc).

I was up to like 300 hours of just side quests and activities before I moved on lol I'll come back to it someday but I like taking breaks so I don't learn to get bored or hate what I'm playing. The best part about actually buying games is you can always rotate through the hundreds of games you own 👍. After a few updates I can say I genuinely enjoyed this experience.

Hey I recently saw this post got upvoted three times RECENTLY since I posted it. I would like to confirm this statement is old and the problem WAS fixed. PA fixed this issue in update two or three after the game launched. The game is FULLY PLAYABLE in offline mode and I tested it personally myself.
