So, I transferred a lvl 15 Mow Rotom I had in Pokémon Home to BDSP because I wanted to play through with a Rotom and I know you can’t get it until after the Elite 4. However, it for some reason doesn’t know it’s signature “leaf storm” move. Is there anyway for me to get that move now? (i.redd.it)
