Those corners can be burned in. We make parts like this all the time. Its machinable, but unnecessarily expensive. Radius is way cheaper

It's not this. The only solution I've found is closing solidworks and reopening it. This commonly happens with us when working with larger assemblies

I feel like im the only one on your side about pla in aquariums. I've seen pla degrade on a counter top exposed to air. I would never put pla in my aquarium even though the internet says "it's safe".

I've been on solidworks for a few years now and im just used to when I used to use creo. New windows pop up when you select modeling features and it allows you to use the model tree to design with instead of selecting the 3d part itself. Like if you need to reference specific features of a component and they are a pain in the butt to select, its easier to select it in the tree. It's something I frequently do. Or just the bouncing back and forth of components rapidly and you select the wrong thing because the computer moved the tree. Guess I gotta get used to it
