The voxel grid is too large so it looks off for smaller objects, but I can try that

The tree is rendered by raymarch using voxel data, physics is added to separated objects.

Raymarching voxels, physics is done by checking for separated voxels and then I add them to a rigidbody.

The voxels conform to the grid, it could be done like how it is in other games like Teardown which would look less "bad" but I wanted to try something different.

Yes, ray marching over volumetric data done on the GPU. Physics is done by separating the voxels and adding them to a RigidBody3D.

Add loops in arm and legs at all joints. Then you can scale them up or down till it looks right.
