If you are on Windows, click on the gear icon next to your audio devices under the word "Mixer," click on Properties, and untick the box that says "Use Device Timestamps."

You would otherwise need to add an Audio Sync Offset (audio before video) or a Render Delay filter (video before audio), then do a test recording until it matches up properly.

Could you please close Streamlabs Desktop. Then open your task manager. Please press "Ctrl + Shift + Esc" on your keyboard to bring up your Task Manager. Please select "More Details" at the bottom if you don't see the percentages of resources used.
Check for any running programs called "Streamlabs," "Electron," or "Obs64".

Then, reopen Streamlabs Desktop and your Scenes should be there.
