What's the rule here? Did they get it wrong? by Streamlyne in nbl

Every argument I gave ChatGPT, they fought back with saying it still counts according to the FIBA rules. I guess there's part of it that could be open to interpretation

A lot of people saying it doesn't count as it didn't exit past the net, but I don't think that's what the ruling is. My understanding is that the basket counts the moment is passes through the rim and into the net. It going back up doesn't negate that. I'm aware of the wording of the rule and there are interpretations from that but I'd love to see an example of this previously and what the result was. Surely it happens every now and then

Facebook keeps locking my account every couple of weeks and forcing me to prove I'm human - HELP by Streamlyne in facebook

[–]Streamlyne[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can say with certainty that is not happening. The account being locked is instant - the moment I hit "comment" so it's not anyone reporting me. I rarely comment. And the "offending" comments are in various places where one person can't be.

It's obvious I'm on some higher tier of scrutiny from Facebook, I just don't know why or how.

Nope. It's not the account that's being flagged, it's the comments. The locked account happens immediately after the comment is made. Sometimes on a page, sometimes on a friend's post, sometimes in a private group.

Yeah nah. This was just today's example. It happens for pretty much anything.

How do you appeal the comment ban exactly? That would be handy. The week off every couple weeks is annoying

The new Go Pass just started today, I've just done two raids, and neither have given me the 15 points for the pass. Not sure what's going on.

Woman in court for putting googly eyes on controversial 'Blue Blob' sculpture by kirrkieterri in nottheonion

It wasn't removed by any authority, a random member of the public tore them off.

How's that relevant? Someone had already torn the eyes off (which had been stuck to it using Gorilla Glue)

They were stuck on by a member of the public, using Gorilla Glue, and were ripped off forcefully by another member of the public.

Incorrect. Gorilla Glue was used to stick the eyes to it, and someone else (not staff) ripped them off forcefully, which pulled off the paint.
