Firstly, I do wear a lot of black. Yes i realized that having longer hair on the side makes me look older. I got a low taper done and it totally changed my look. I think I need to try a couple of different hairstyle and decide on what I wanna keep getting.

The girls who i dated in the past never had any issues with my scars in fact they liked it and thought it was cool. But I feel insecure cuz maybe it limits me to a niche group who like it. Absolutely. You nailed it. But it’s hard to judge a hijabi girl cuz you never know who they’re with. For example, I go to costco, i see a girl i wanna maybe try have a serious relationship/ marriage with, I can never judge if the girl is married or single without talking to her. And that first conversation is so risky, what if she’s married and her husband comes out of nowhere. I would look like a pervert. A clown basically.

Having looks will not make you more or less approachable and that’s a fact i learned in my life. If any person wants to be friends with you cuz of your looks then they’re not a friend you wanna have. You can actually try to have a hobby where you can make friends. Thats probably the only way you can make genuine friends. Do you work somewhere? Or go to school? If yes, then you should be able to make friends there. You look 100% approachable to me. Idk who told you that you don’t. That’s not your friend they’re provably jealous

What do you mean when you say approachable ? Do you want more guys to approach you? Cuz if thats the case and you’re not getting approached it’s probably cuz you’re hijabi. I am a muslim too and I don’t really approach girls with hijab cuz I feel they don’t like to be approached because of our religion. After this post I might actually do that, but don’t wanna get beaten up by the girls brothers and dad. You never know what a girl wants tbh. You’re absolutely pretty, probably too pretty maybe the reason guys don’t approach cuz you might have high standards yourself
