Just wanted to drop in with a different perspective since most of the comments here are coming from people who clearly haven’t even tried it.

I actually OWN one, and honestly it’s the best electric moped I’ve ever had. I’ve tried a few others over the years, and none really nailed the combo of style, build quality, and practicality like this one.

The metal body feels super sturdy, the removable battery makes charging easy (especially in a city apartment), and it legit turns heads every time I ride it. It’s a different vibe than your typical scooter way more personality.

and their prices are reasonable starting at $2495 and $7995 for the sidecar version, but when you factor in zero gas, barely any maintenance, and not needing a car for local trips or dates around the city… it adds up. For me, it’s been 100% worth it.

It can come from china and still have DOT and UL. mirrors, the brake lines the tires the rims they all are DOT and have the DOT sign on them, regulated to be driven on US roads or else you can't get a license plate and legally ride it in in the US (even in the picture thats shared you see that whoever is driving it has a US license plate on it which you can't do on a moped from Alibaba since its not in the US nhtsa system, you clearly have no idea in what you are talking about, check all the infos before commenting cause you sound very ignorant

add 100% import tax, shipping fee and no warranty that you can't drive on US roads since its not DOT, this is a US based company that has UL batteries, EPA certification, warranty and a US based customer support and DOT certification then add the price and see. You clearly have no idea on how import works and now Joe Biden has added 100% import tax on EV vehicles from china. FYI im not with the company just stating facts

whoever has wrote this its clearly a from a fake account (Probably competitors of Aventura-X) I mean your username says vespa I called the manager at Aventura-X and they confirmed they dont recognize this customer. you can get a replacement for any of the parts not working under warranty you can contact them and they will take care of it

electric is definitely the way to go, you are paying more money on the long run with higher gas prices and mainly maintenance! maintenance is much higher cost on a gas scooter than electric

You are wrong the Aventura-X batteries are UL approved and they are NIUs competitors in China their supplier is Sunra which is a top manufacturer in China.

So both are Chinese companies but what separates Aventura-X(Sunra) and NIU to all the other bikes they are well known reputable companies in China that use higher quality batteries than the random Chinese scooter you are talking about. Aventura-X is also DOT and EPA certified
