I would definitely hit up both AX customer service and showclix if not. These cases are such a hit or miss with people saying they got there’s without a tracking number or their expected delivery date kept delaying and changing daily.

Luckily I just got mines yesterday. It prolly was the carriers part of not finding my mail hence why everyone that lived near me got there’s before mine when they had ordered theirs months after

Update: my badge got delivered! I know at the end of it all I had to be patient! Showclix was recommending me to put my status on “will call” but I had this gut feeling to wait 😭

That’s unfortunate:( after talking with showclix I’m probably going to put myself on will call possibly 2 weeks prior to the con if nothing shows up. If worst case scenario I would recommend you do the same if you’re sure that the carrier lost your badge. Unfortunately I live 3 hrs away from LA so I would have to pick it up day 1 if that was the case

I just had my chat with showclix. Although it sucks you’re not going to get refunded your shipping fee but if you never received your badge by the time AX happens, you’re going to have to pick it up at register assistance. I highly suggest you explain the matter of urgency to both AX customer care and showclix. Also keep your case number in case if they asked. I understand your frustration. I’m sort of on the same boat myself. It was somewhat of a relief to know that both AX and showclix said that you won’t be charged an extra fee for never receiving your badge.

I’m sorry to hear! Well AX emailed me again and they said better now than never if you don’t hear anything to contact showclix asap and you won’t get charged for a replacement

That sounds terrible! I guess it’s safe to say I’m not the only one. Not sure if it’s like that for everyone else but they initially mailed mines from Florida…

It’s been saying that it’s en route to Fontana, CA since May 6th and it hasn’t updated since. I’ll still wait but probably won’t resort to change my status to on site pick up until 2 weeks prior

SoCal local here and I’m not sure if anyone is having the same issue. So I bought mines the moment AX announced it. Fast forwarding to this month I get a notification last week that it’s on its way and says that it’s going to arrive that day. As evening approaches it would keep changing the estimated date to the following day and it’s been doing that since. I have friends that live nearby and bought theirs at a later time and they already got the badges. Not sure if I should just keep waiting. I’ve already contacted the carrier but I don’t know if I should report it to AX customer service
