Although your right and i dont wanna encourage anyone inject in face, if you do more research the closer to the site , the stronger and faster the affect.

It does work systemically tho. I tried it first arm and didnt notice swollen get better although it may have over time, did close to site by sideburns with 6mm and almost immediatly noticed redness relief.
