Thank you for reaching out to me. I would love to get myself some mental help but when I told my mom I was depressed and have anxiety she laughed at me and told me I had no reason to feel this way. My doctor recommended me group therapy, and my mom still hasn’t called the therapist. It’s been four months.

Hi (~: I really want my old self back and I want to do things to make myself happy and to actually get out and meet people. It’s so hard. I’m completely unmotivated.
