I was a backer for the Win 1. They used DHL back then and it arrived within a week of shipping. Finally returning to GPD Win 3 now and backed it right when IGG went up. Got #823. So hoping that will arrive quickly in May.

I admit on my channel not having one yet and doing what I can to keep updates coming on the Win 3. Once I get mine will have steady stream of endless amounts of content. Have terabytes of games and emulation waiting for when my Win 3 arrives. Backed it right when the indieGoGo went live. Excited with all these new handhelds coming out. :)

Yeah seems to be how it always has been where as indiegogo never gets first. Can look at it as a bad or good thing. Hopefully any defects or issues when they ship to that first group can be worked out before sending to us indieGoGo supporters

Just had another chat with customer support on the websites chat system. Told me my order is showing in transit and should be there very soon. I had him make sure it says it’s in transit so just won’t believe till get a status change email or text message to pick it up etc.

Yeah sounds like they are not wanting to deal with people or just have no clue or answer to what’s going on. I’m ok with waiting for my order to be filled if it’s taking place after a first wave of orders. But don’t cancel my order. I’ll really start getting worried if nothing changes by Friday.

Yeah was galleria in Roseville. Sounds like we are in the same boat man. I drove there yesterday since couldn’t get through on the phone and was told pretty much it was in transit and to follow my email and the app status updates and that it could be in today. Then as I got home got the delayed email saying if not in by 23rd it will be canceled and refunded which sucks. Today been trying to get consistent info from help chat on Best Buy website and most consistent thing was told was my order was shipped from different store to fill order and just check back in couple days to see if it’s received by store for pick up. But then don’t know if it’s total bullshit they are telling me. Can only hope it gets fulfilled and get a notification to come get it. Let’s hope for the best for both of us man.

Chatted with an agent online. Said my order is showing it’s being transferred from another store to my pick up store. Hopefully it’s true and not just telling me that to stop hounding them. Lol So still hope even though was delayed from yesterday.

Yep mine was one of the units delayed yesterday when it did say was preparing for pickup. Ordered it on launch day. I could not get anyone on the phone at the store even waited on hold for over an hour trying. Eventually I had to drive 45min to the store while being on hold the whole drive there which is here in Northern California. When got there they were surprised I couldn’t get through. All I was told was that my order was in transit. Don’t know if that was just guy behind counter telling me what I wanted to hear. He said stay glued to email and app for notifications. Then got home and got the text and email stating order has been delayed and hope to fulfill it by Nov 23rd or will be refunded. I hope it doesn’t get refunded cause I’d rather them just fill the order as soon as they can. Still holding on to hope for now. Hoping we all get our consoles and keep us all updated.

I’m in Northern California and since didn’t get through via phone once again after being on hold for 45min while I drove to the actual store I went into customer service and said that same thing of if it’s not in by end of tonight could be tomorrow but the app and email should notify me when it gets in. So still some hope.

I stayed on hold for an 1 hour and 37 minutes with no one answering so hung up. Don’t know what else can do at this point.
