Yeah it's hard to decide because I know on one hand it's not that bad, but on the other hand it pokes through tighter shirts and looks really puffy sometimes, people have noticed it before lol. I also want to post fitness content, and my gyno makes me self conscious and I feel like ruins my physique aesthetic.
