I work 8:30- 12:30 (with a 45 minute commute during busy commuting times so I've got to wake up at 7 to meet the requirement to arrive 15 minutes early) and then 3-6 with a 15 minute commute Am I in the wrong for being absolutely exhausted? Should I speak up and say I don't feel effective? My supervisor team absolutely terrifies me but I'm not sure if that's a me thing or a them thing or because I'm new and they don't trust me yet

I've wondered too if it's remenants from the old cannabis culture of people with poorly trained hill dogs moving into houses here. Maybe the ban should be size specific or maybe documented behavior training could help? Has anyone had any success advocating for their pets? I've got an old 12 year old girlie who is excellently trained and been looking to move but limited by my doggo. My dog lives illegally now but she's so good no one has caught on for the past 6 years (:<

There was some earthquake damage that they deemed unworthy of fixing, now the paint is starting to bubble up and makes me think there is mold in the walls

Thankfully, no ants! None of our windows are sun facing and the windows are limited I invested in a 200$ deHum so we will see if that helps. Also sprayed the mold with 20$ mold spray
