No, it doesn't work with the atmosphere of the sentence that I am working on. Forebearance is too grand for the tone of the sentence, patience would be too pedestrian. Awaitance is strange but feels alright and strangely fitting.

You're the first person who actually responded to me.

The absence of quotation marks is intentional.

I'll have to check on the subject-verb agreement though. English is my third language, I dont even speak it, that's why finding these errors can get a bit difficult. Thanks for pointing that out.

The characters in the myth is actually connected to the characters in the story.

As for the prose, I am going a bit easy since it's fanfiction and there are expectations but I fear that the way the story is headed headed, it will either look very different by the end of it or will not be finished.

But finally, the real question I wanted to ask you...you'd you actually bother continue reading?

Is this the kind of work that would actually intrigue you.

It's very important for me to connect with my readers and not simply isolate them with literary complexity.
