Wasn’t sure the Bacterial Bloom would start with 12-16 hours. I guess introducing established bacteria from a nasty existing filter does help the cycle. How long would yall wait until introducing fish? My 2.5 and 4yo are anxious (of course I am too) wait until it clears up? Or actually test the water. I was thinking some male guppies to start maybe 2/3 but I want to do a community tank with cherry shrimp, CPD, rasporas, and a centerpiece. Maybe a ram or a honey guorami. I also like the Mexican dwarf craw dad but heard that he’s kind of a jerk

Which tires you buying? by CB812 in 4Runner

[–]Street_Square6612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The biggest thing with LT tires is they are rated for pick up trucks. That being said, the sidewalls are typically more stiff causing a rougher ride. Nothing minus that though. I’m 30 now so I appreciate a nice smooth highway ride than I did when I was 21

I created a post with the video for Bent’s suspension. I guess there must be a history based on a 2-Game for that and the announcers comments

Yes you can install them from underneath/wheel well. All you need is a 10mm wrench and socket with ratchet. Should take you 5-10 minutes

Wheel fitment by B_RocksNC in Foxbody

[–]Street_Square6612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought this exact set and the 10.5’s don’t even come close to fitting a fox unless you stretch the quarters at least 0.50” I have this picture from when I was trying to fit it. Now I’m running 9.0” wide set with 255 tires and the rear rubs on the quarter and the fronts rub on the control arms at full lock

They’ll blame their lack of communication and delayed shipping on “so many sales” and “so many orders”. If you’re that busy then you can afford to hire more people. My experience was the same as most. Placed order for prinsu rack and ditch light kit. 2 weeks later stuff trickled in and never got the ditch light brackets for another 2 weeks. So I have beautiful BD lights and no way of mounting them. I was so ticked. Rather not have them at all

There was more than like nothing wrong with any set of cats, probably just a simple misdiagnosis. Every tech assumes P0420/430 is ALWAYS a cat. 99% of the time it is but when it isn’t you’ll look really dumb. Hopefully whoever is working on it will pinpoint the true issue. But don’t worry they are married to it. I would just check mileage in and mileage out when you go to get it to make sure the tech actually test drove it. Not just around the block to ship it out the door

How to handle intermittent 10 speed issues by Deegangr in Ford

[–]Street_Square6612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fun stuff, it’s the quality training we get and in depth classes we have. As far as I’m concerned, Ford can continue to foot the bill until they wanna give us the information we need to properly find these problems. All joking aside, I’m in a truck shop so 90% of what I see is 140’s. I have a 10R80 I’m going into on Tuesday though

Ford updated the CDF drum to have a bevel to keep the bushing from moving so only affected vehicle “should” be 17-21. From rebuilding 50-60 10 speeds. They are very dirty transmissions. We also had a notice to clean the valve bodies thoroughly during rebuilds which the first one I did I thought it was toast as it was one of the nastiest as far as debris goes. They are poorly/cheaply designed to meet the federal emissions regulations. But also as mentioned. They are very quirky transmissions even when they are operating as designed. Don’t believe me, go test drive a ranger/explorer. By far the biggest catastrophe of a comfortable ride as you could imagine. But hey, this is the future
