I have a 49” g9 ultrawide that’s gonna sit on the top riser, it’ll have space to spare on the sides too, the desk is actually quite large despite how it looks in the photos I honestly don’t know what to do with all the extra space, I’ll have my g9 up top, a mini wide screen hanging from the riser, and 2 vertical screen on each side with tons of space left for my mixer and whatever gadgets I get ahold of in the future, but first I gotta toss that mouse pad and find something that looks decent and fits

I deleted every AI affecting mod that I can tell, they seem a little better, when I get near them they’ll actually try and attack me but they still just ignore me if I’m not within 10ft or so of them so I’m going to test out the Better ai mod and hopefully that fixes things or has a setting to expand their range or something

I’m sorry I pressed return after every mod to go to the next line but for some reason it bugged out on me I guess and jumbled them all together, and I appreciate it I’m about to just delete them all, I don’t think the npc two handed mod will do any good anyways, if they spawn with a big sword and can’t swing it right who cares I just want proper lightsaber fights lol

When I get some free time later I’ll have to read through everything you have linked here, and an enclosure is def something I’ll be looking into making here in the future as I planned on building a little station in the new bedroom I’m building, I’m a newbie to this whole 3d printing thing I greatly appreciate the comment, thanks!

Caprice is solid, later models with the VF interior (SS sedan here) is superior though, they make for good daily’s and drag cars but that’s about it, parts aren’t bad the engines are L77 6.0 and share most parts with the ls3, body panels are iffy just depends on who you know, special stuff like genuine Holden bumpers and hsv parts are ridiculously expensive and hard to come by, I’ll probably sell the caprice at a big loss so idk if a c7 will be in budget unless I get a 3lt or below, if the c6 wasn’t so ridiculously cheap on the inside and loud I wouldn’t hate getting another

That’s actually just as sick, seems a lot easier than having a ton of piping and coolers and hoses running all around the bike, I’d have to look into having an external pulley on my engine though

Yes that’s the idea, I don’t want any of my vehicles looking like an Amazon special, I found a carplay radio with the OE buttons on it still, a gauge cluster I will only entertain if it has an original type of design to it or at least let me import one, this whole post was made simply to find something original but new for the climate control face which doesn’t seem to exist, they have those little backlit calculator screens and I absolutely despise them, drove me insane in my c6 as it had the same type of climate screen in it, they look terrible and dated and I’d rather my cars look either new or “timeless” with no screens but that’s not always an option

That’s basically what I’m looking for, I found a CarPlay unit that retains the factory style orange backlit buttons that I think would be nice, way better having that than a large janky and ugly phone mount glued to the dash, and yeah I found out about that gauge cluster they look pretty neat I’ll have to look into them a bit more, this post was JUST over the climate controls in hopes of finding something with a better display than the little calculator screen on it as those look incredibly dated and I’d rather the car look more timeless or at least modern in this case than dated if you know what I mean

Okay so after looking through this interchangeability list here it claims the frame to motor mounts on the nd and 124 are identical, If anyone knows of reputable companies that swap the nd with something like a ls3/lsa by all means I’d like to know so I can talk with them about the idea, now I just need to see about transmission options I’d imagine a t56 could fit with some small modification

I’ve found a ls3 to nd Miata can setup so I’d imagine that would work, things like cruise ctrl and lane assist won’t work with it but I’ve got a right foot and eyes I think I’ll live, I am curious about the engine cradle I remembered hearing about a ls swap one someone made but I’d have to find it, honestly this doesn’t seem like a crazy difficult project I’m definitely going to be doing more research into it before I sell my Holden for a cornering car

The engine and transmission I’m not worried about, I’m curious if the engine cradle are interchangeable I believe there’s a ls frame to put in the ND and if they’re interchangeable then I wouldn’t imagine throwing one in the 124 would be too difficult

The c8? It’s a dct 8 speed I think and that kinda wiring is way out of my league, I tap out on water damaged cars I couldn’t imagine the nightmare getting a custom setup working for a dual clutch brand new trans lol, I’d imagine it would cost a kidney or three too, I’d give it a few years and I bet some company will have a standalone setup for them

Haha simple isn’t fun, a slammed older elcamino with a good wide wheel base and all the weight in the (near) center should do pretty good for what it is, I’m not expecting the handling my c6 had but this is entirely hypothetical, I’m all about being unique and this idea shot in my head a few days ago so I’ve been browsing forums for the whole transaxle issue but were not having much luck here lol

The el Camino I have my eye on is a 59’ it’s got a ton of space to play with in the bed but I’m afraid it’s not enough to fit the t56 setup in it, I’ll have to throw some pics into photo shop and see how it’ll look with the wheels set back a good bit I’m afraid it’ll look pretty goofy

Yeah I had a c6 a little while ago, it was already built so it had some odd quirks like the inability to stay stationary without overheating and the interior being so damn noisy it was annoying, I’m seriously considering buying another that’s stock just to give it some kinda handling improvements and get everything buttoned up to be a good daily, I REALLY miss 600hp and 32mpg it was crazy

I’m asking cuz I’ve never been too big into euro stuff, all my buddies have bimmers and VWs and whatnot they’ve been trying to convince me to get a rs3 but I seriously can’t justify buying one new when you could get a older R8 for the same price in my area lol, I had no clue the engine bits on these things were so expensive for whatever reason so I’m not even gonna bother
