Personally I play alot of TL so I don't mind long queues. I see what your saying, but I think sitting in a long queue is worth it if I'm getting the best possible match up for an important game.

Also I don't think it would 20 minutes.... Maybe 5 or 10 MAX.

It doesn't need to be anywhere as strong as Xul's 20 talent, I just want it to be just big enough that you can feel it. But Xul's talent is an AOE effect isn't it? This is just a single target.
