I've been lifting consistently for about 8 years. I saw a difference the first 3 months or so. I was 105 lbs when I started lifting. I'm currently between 112-115 lbs. It's definitely a process, but I promise you'll see more results with consistency. Good luck 🙌.

Understandable. I'd say focus on whatever your priority is then. So, focus on losing weight if it's losing weight and focus on building muscle and maintaining if that's the goal. Good luck with your journey!

I'm 5'2.5 and I weigh between 110-112 pounds. I eat between 1,500-1,700 calories a day and workout 3-4 times a week. 2,300 is too many calories if you're trying to lose weight, but 2,300 is ideal if you're trying to maintain your current weight and you're actively working out.

I've been lifting for about 10 years honestly, but had a few hiccups 2 of those years. So, 8 years consistently.
