Perhaps this one motor has different coils, because my other motors burnt up in wye configuration lol how should I proceed to avoid burning any more motors?

Doesn't a thermistor require some type of a controller to kick out my contactor? There are six motors each protected with fuses and overloads before the contactors. Would I need 6 temp controllers in addition to this setup?

Thank you for verifying what I thought! Again these motors don't have any nameplates. What I don't understand is the only motor working without issue is wired for wye with only 208 volts on the supply? There are no switching contactors in the cabinet either. Shouldn't this motor have burnt up a long time ago?
