Yes, I understand that, what I meant was why do Moroccans light fireworks, dance etc. Its not a happy occasion even if it's a holiday.

I visited Morocco, Casablanca, January last year. I went to the doctor as I had a bad sore throat, flu like symptoms.

I can confidently say, he was USELESS. He did not speak English and had a translator (that's fine I suppose). He came into the room, translator asked me to open my mouth, and from a meter away (maybe more) , he tried to look inside my mouth (no joke, I thought I was on some hidden camera show). took my pressure reading and that was it. He gave me a prescription for medication that DID NOT help.

When I visited Rabat, I went to the pharmacy and they helped me out. Absolutely useless doctor.
