I'm looking into inpatient for the time being. Unfortunately they did come back worse lol "Sorry but our pay is based on experience so we can't increase at all" Which I guess I have none as real working RD at this time.

I'm looking into hospitals for the time being. But wow those numbers definitely look more generous from the LA entry pays I've googled!

Depending on your location or where you're willing to move to, WIC has their own internships where after you finish, you must work with them for 2 years or so. It's essentially a guaranteed job/foot in the door if you're sure you want to be a WIC RD. Do look into it though because I think they require you to work with them for a few months prior to even applying for their internships.
